Austria’s capital community volunteers deliver fact-based drug education with young people across the city

VIENNA, Austria — 23 December 2025 — Community volunteers linked to Foundation for a Drug-Free World Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers through public information points and community events. Led locally by Gabriele Toker, a local organiser, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to present clear information on commonly abused substances, including the ongoing debate around cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used eu news uk illicit drug.
